Project: Social Media
Company: Playaway Products
For the WhaZoodle product launch, I designed social media assets targeting libraries, K-12 educators, and parents. Working from a content calendar, I developed posts built to stop the scroll in crowded feeds. The visual language was deliberately playful: bright colors, doodles, and thematic elements like puzzle pieces and musical notes that connected with families while reinforcing the product’s focus on creativity and learning.
I also created composite photography for Playaway’s social posts, including a Playaway device floating inside a LEGO brick wall and one sitting in a baseball glove I edited so the Playaway logo looks etched into the leather. These weren’t standard product shots. They were meant to feel unexpected and shareable while keeping the device front and center.
Alongside that, I designed Instagram carousel posts for a Junie B. Jones campaign promoting new titles on Wonderbook, developed with a companion email campaign. The carousels featured characters from Playaway’s “Favorite Friends” collection and used the same bright, character-driven look as the email, so the campaign felt consistent across channels.
