Playaway Social Media

For the WhaZoodle product launch, I designed social media assets targeting libraries, K-12 educators, and parents. Working from a content calendar, I developed posts to create stop-scroll impact in crowded feeds.
Some of the more creative pieces involved composite photography: placing the Playaway product floating inside a LEGO brick wall and sitting in a baseball glove with the Playaway logo (photoshopped to appear) etched into the leather. These weren’t standard product shots; they were meant to feel unexpected and shareable while keeping the device itself front and center.
The visual language across the posts was deliberately playful: bright colors, doodles, and thematic elements like puzzle pieces and musical notes that connected with a family audience while reinforcing the product’s focus on creativity and learning.
Alongside the WhaZoodle work, I also designed Instagram carousel posts for a Junie B. Jones campaign promoting new titles on the Wonderbook product. Developed in tandem with a companion email campaign, the carousel featured characters from Playaway’s “Favorite Friends” collection and used the same bright, character-driven aesthetic as the email to create a consistent cross-channel experience.
